I booked our tickets on iconparkorlando.com for our Orlando trip, it was painless. The site was simple to figure out, checkout didn’t make me jump through a million hoops, and I got the confirmation email right after paying.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is because the actual tickets took a few extra minutes to come through, and for a second I was staring at my inbox like my whole vacation depended on it. But they showed up, everything scanned fine at the gate, and we had no real problems at all.

It just didn’t feel worth the money. The tickets were already pricey, then parking and food added up way faster than I expected. It kind of felt like there were extra costs around every corner, which made me wonder if they’re purposely keeping the real total hidden until you’re already there. The experience itself wasn’t special enough to justify what we spent, and we were done quicker than we thought we’d be. We left annoyed. I wouldn’t go again unless the prices dropped a lot.

well... we went to Icon Park on a busy evening, and overall it was a fun place to check out. The area has a nice vibe and there’s plenty to walk around and look at, but the wait times definitely started to wear on us a bit. Getting on the wheel took longer than we thought it would, and a few of the other lines just moved really slowly.

The staff we dealt with were fine, and I wouldn’t say it was a bad visit at all. I just wish the timing had been a little clearer before we got in line. I’d probably go back, but next time I’d try to get there earlier and avoid the busiest part of the day.

I found a spot without too much hassle, so that part was alright. But getting out afterward took way longer than it should’ve. The exit setup was kind of a dumb mess, honestly.

I had a feeling this place was going to be overpriced and underwhelming, that’s exactly how it felt. The food was bland, the prices seemed way too high for what you get, and there really weren’t many options to choose from. I wanted to be wrong, but it kind of confirmed what I already suspected...

It’s easy to get to, which is definitely a plus. I liked how convenient the spot was, but for some reason I walked away feeling a little less sure about the overall experience than I expected.

I didn’t feel very safe while I was there. The security seemed weak, which is ridiculous, and I left feeling really uneasy about the whole experience

The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, which made the visit better than it probably would’ve been otherwise. A few things felt kind of unorganized, but at least everyone was pleasant about it. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The rides felt basic, and a few of them seemed like they weren’t being kept up that well. I was hoping for more, but it just didn’t feel worth stopping for.

I had mixed feelings about this place. There were parts that seemed like they could’ve been nice, but then the overall messiness kept taking me out of it. The bathrooms didn’t feel clean, there was trash in a few areas, and some things just looked worn down or not really taken care of. I get that it’s a busy tourist spot, but that’s also why I expected it to be maintained better. I really wanted to enjoy the visit, but it ended up feeling disappointing and not really worth it

We took the kids and they had a really good time, especially on the wheel and in the arcade. The lines were longer than we expected, and once you start buying food and snacks, the cost climbs fast. Still, it was nice to have a day where the kids were excited and we got to make a few easy family memories. I’d say it’s worth doing once, just maybe not somewhere I’d rush back to often
